The construction of polypropylene swimming pools.
We are experts in manufacturing and building plastic swimming pools. The appeal of polypropylene we use, lies in its ultimate gloss, durability, resistance to adverse weather conditions and chemical substances. Thanks to that, we are able to achieve incredibly compelling designs, both when it comes to indoor pools and the one build outdoors. Regardless of their location, our experts responsible for preparing the design and coordinating of all construction works, will make sure that all steps of the process have been respected. We would like to guarantee that our projects stand out not only because of their durability but also functionality.
Every swimming pool we have constructed proved to be vandal resistant. It makes it possible to build pools in any shape and size. Our Client is more than welcomed to assist us and actively help us in the design of his or her unique project.
It is worth mentioning that we often use polypropylene to build tanks for chemical industry, for example for concentrated sulfuric acid.
With polypropylene plates we are able to produce and assemble pools on site – in unused technical rooms like boiler rooms, garages, basements etc. Usually, it takes up to 2-3 months to build a medium-sized pool in such a room. The construction of a hotel swimming pool in the existing or newly built building should be finished within rather short period of time and be relatively inexpensive but with top quality technical culture. Polypropylene plates are excellent choice to meet these goals because they provide best possible price-quality ratio for the investment.
The picture below shows the process of a construction of a swimming pool in the complicated shaped which is installed in the old boiler room.
Its size is 9 x 9 m x 1,4 m. It is also equipped with riverflow system and neck support.

The construction
We use 6 mm and 8 mm plates, which are dyed in the mass and resistant to UV light and the majority of aggressive chemicals. Ribs provide the structure with additional reinforcement. Whether the basin is delivered as a whole or in parts depends on its size and shape. The installation does not require complicated or advanced earthworks. The structure is placed on the reinforced bottom plate and then walls are concreted. During this process, basins’ load-bearing structure serves as a stay-in-place formwork.
